★ Controlled by PLC, Printing Slotting Die-cutting Machine can store program and replace it rapidly, which is easy to operate.
★ The machine adopts mechanical front feed system.
★ The machine adopts rubber shaft supply ink system.
★ Installing zero position, memory to the original position, reducing the time for adjustment.
★ When slotting, the phase and horizontal displacement of front and back blade can be controlled by PLC and can be operated manually or electrical.
★ Built-in synchronizer unit can assure long term precision when die-cutting.
★ Transmission gear adopts high quality alloy steel (20CrMinTi), with hardness HRC58-62 after Carburizing, quenching and grinding.
★ Printing Slotting Die-cutting Machine main transmission shaft and main transmission gear are connected free of bond to ensure transmission accuracy.
★ Transmission structure with double oil pump circulating lubrication.
